Rcruitment Position
Clinical Trial Project Manager
- Develop a detailed plan for clinical trial projects, including trial design, objectives.timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data, assisting the data moni-toring and management team.
- Ensure that clinical trial projects comply with all applicable regulations, laws, andethical requirements, including international and domestic regulations.
Business Development Manager
- Formulate business development strategies, collaborating with the executive team to ensure business activities are aligned with the company's long-term objectives and strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess potential market size and growth prospects to guide business expansion plans.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure marketing campaigns and sales strategies are in line with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Lead cross-departmental project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and adhere to the company’s set budgets and quality standards.
Product Development Manager
- Assist in the development of new drug projects for the company, including the formu:lation of clinical trial designs, drug safety and efficacy assessments, ensuring trialscomply with ethical and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to ensure successful product launches andmarket share growth.
- ldentify and assess potential risks associated with company products and researchprojects, and develop risk management strategies.
Product Development Manager
- Formulate the product development strategy, collaborating with the executive teamto ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis, understanding market demandsand trends to guide product development directions.
Provide innovative thinking and collaborate with the design team to ensure productsare attractive, highly functional, and meet user requirements. - Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, establishingand executing quality control plans.
QC Scientist
- Writing and reviewing technical documents such as raw material specifications, stan-dard operating procedures, test methods investigations and change controls.
- Perform analytical documentation activities of raw material samples.
Supply Chain Executive
- Be responsible for leading and ensuring the site has lntegrated planning and effectiveinternal scheduling to deliver product flow.
- Ensure operational excellence principles are embedded to deliver supply excellencefrom end to end.
